Well I went to the courthouse today and was very undecided as to what I was going to do. H called at 8:00 this morning and I ask why he was calling and he said PFA is up unless you are putting another on me. I said I wasn't sure he said I needed to let him now what I was doing so that he knew if he needed to contact an atty. about visitation. We also briefly talked about how we got to this point. He did admit that he needs to do something because he hasn't been able to make any progress on his own. Anyway I spoke to a caseworker and she said that I didn't have to file today. I told her that I was afarid if I didn't go through with it that the courts may look down on me should I ever need to get another PFA she said they wouldnt and that she would keep this on file and if I changed my mind over the next few weeks to come back and I could just file. I then went to see my counselor and he said to tell H that I have 24 hrs. to get back to them regarding the fileing and that he has 2 choices 1. get himself into a counseling program or 2. I'm fileing for the PFA. Of course H took this as an Ultimatum, I told him he had until the end of the day to get back to me and he said he's let me know. I guess I'll have my answer in a few hours. I'll keep you posted.<BR>cybil
