This is just something that has been bothering me
....When my WH confessed to the affair (basically i cornered him into confessing) he cried and showed remorse and told me how sorry he was and how much he loved me....
i asked him to leave and he wouldnt... basically i didnt wnt to see his face or hear his voice i was so angry with him that at that point All i wanted was to be alone to lick my wounds. also on DDay h insisted that they were just friends and that all they would ever be but his words in confession was....... I've been seeing someone else.
yes i know this is fog.
but my point in this post is...... if the WS is really rependant why would they continue/ escalate the affair after the BS knows?, after they confess and show remorse and feel guilt why not end the relationship then and there?

just something that bothers me

I'm sure it's different for different people. In my case, 9 months after no contact, I still feel somewhat like I'm mourning the loss of my best friend. No offense meant to BS's, bt my H was not my best friend and hadn't been for a long time before I even met OM. My H was certainly not being friendly after dday, so it took me a very long time to agree to no contact. Many LBs on both sides... I was sorry for hurting my H, but not sorry for feeling like myself, being happy and having fun.

Luvontherox, maybe because H got cornered into confessing?
I am no expert and with great help I have had 100% no contact since d-day but just wondering if because your H didn't choose to confess, this keeps him confused?
Marissa, how sad. As lighthouse said, can we help you?
I wish for true happiness to return to you both.
Hugs,
------------------
Fresh Start
