It was going pretty well from my side, but was not changing my wife's behavior at all. For several reasons I don't want to plan B right now. A month ago I felt the need to make some small changes, try something different. I got some ideas from the new book "Divorce Remedy". I also got some motivation from chapter 18 of the book "Everyman's Battle".
So I've made a revised list of guidelines for my plan A, but I just can't summon the energy to do it. I don't feel any more resentful, it's more of a deadening. I'm realizing that I had my own list of issues that have been put off for several months in this crisis mode. It will not be easy or quick to deal with those even if my wife chooses to work on our marriage.
What should I do? Is this telling me that it's time for plan B even though I don't want to?
- Tom

tmmx,
It may be time to at least look at plan b a little harder. I don't know if that is the answer right now. Others may have more insight.
jd

Plan A is not designed to change your wife's behavior. If you are expecting that it will you need to fo back and read up on Plan A and it's objectives and purpose. The objective of plan A is to make YOU a better person and more attractive option for your WS or facilitate your growth if your marriage does not work so that you are a better marriage partner should you divorce and remarry.
