Hi - I've been advised in counseling to seriously explore the options for a legal separation as part of plan B. There are lawyers in the phone book and Martindale site, but I don't know how to pick a good one and have heard some horror stories.
Does anyone have good or bad experience with specific lawyers in the Pittsburgh area, particularly, in understanding the logic of plan B? Custody rights for fathers will also be an important issue for me.
Thanks for any advice,
Tom
PS - normally I just post here, but this time I cross-posted under Divorcing/Divorced.

I live in the Pittsburgh area. So sorry to hear of what you are going thru [Linked Image from marriagebuilders.com] I know this won't come as much consolation, but at least you are coming to a close with this situation. Even though it's not the light that you probably wanted, at least there is an end in sight and you can 'get down to the business of livin' again' as the song goes.
I was going to try to make you laugh with an Edgar Snyder joke,,,, but I can't think of any offhand, and he's an ambulance chaser anyhow.
