I see that you responed to SEM's Post. I am his W. I want to tell you from my own experience how important it is for you to tell your H, and to tell him all of it. You need to tell him if you want to keep your M. I hid mine for 4 yrs. Do you know what that does to a person? My self esteem is so bad, so bad that I hate myself. My H doestn't need my negativity. Do you think it's fair to hide this from him? You made the decision to have an A, so let him have a decision on how to heal. Please note that I am not trying to hurt you, You are doing that to yourself if you don't tell him all of it. And tell him all of it right away. Don't just tell him bits and pieces as I did.
