I got some good information on this from the book my counselor recommended. It is "Surviving Infidelity" by Rona Subotnik and Gloria Harris. hurtbyhubby,<BR>Thanks for this information. I have printed it out to use. I wrote down my thoughts the other day with a 4-page letter to H and he did read it, but we haven't been able to discuss it as the girls were with us in the motel room.<BR> I really need the last part about re-evaluating and getting to the realistic things of what has happened.<BR>Thanks a bunch!!! I think I will be starting to journal on a routine basis. That way, I think I will also be able to see my progress. (Hopefully it will continue to go in that direction anyway.<BR>Mikkey
