October 25th, 2001 would have been my son Andrew's 5th birthday. <P>He passed away suddenly in his sleep on Sept 11th, 2000. For his 4th birthday, he wanted a chocolate cake. We still had one last year, and have decided to have one every year on his birthday.<P>This post is just my invitation you all of you to throw away any diets and have some chocolate cake on Thursday! It's okay... I've snapped my fingers and the calories won't count that day.
