Hi Jo and Lori, I'm fine, in fact I am better than fine. Combo treatment was complete in August, The HepC is in remission and I have to tell you I haven't felt this good in years. I didn't feel this good the last time I went into remission. Lots of prayers and the anti-viral seems to have made a big difference.<P>Our marriage is good now,(knock on wood, it seems everytime I write a good report something goes wrong , blah) we seem to be rolling right along. I hate to admit that I still have times when I am very insecure but heck after being burnt more than once I think it's normal to be.<P>Deb

I emailed those kinds of things to my wife when we first got to know each other. She Emailed similar things back. Then a few weeks later she slept with some other guy. we were married 9 months at that time. So now these beautiful words sometimes trigger negative emotions because my wife was very poetic and said things from the bottom of her heart. But after an affair it all becomes meaningless.

I understand about feeling that the beautiful words becoming meaningless. To me I lost the ability to see the words I Love You spoken between a husband and wife as beautiful during h's first A because he told me at time he didn't love me and never had. Funny how saying I don't love you can once was able to cancle out almost 8 years of I love yous at time. It's been almost 16 years and one additional A since then. And to this day hearing him say those words still doesn't mean what it did 16 years ago. [img]images/icons/frown.gif" border="0[/img] But we are still togeather and maybe one day my will be able to fully trust those words from him again.
