Has anyone here ever encountered someone who seem to WANT to believe H/W is having an affair? No proof, just accusations time and time again...

However, I have met folks who had a very strong GUT feeling along with circumstantial evidence that turned out to signal an affair. Why do you ask?

My Wife accused me of having an affair several times during the 1st couple months of her PA. She had no basis, timeframes, proof or indicators to substantiate her accusations. Although I asked her to look through anything of mine, schedule a lie detector test for me or call anyone I knew, the facts or truth were not what she was looking for. At the time I was not aware of her PA, so it all seemed very very strange to me. I now believe she was seeking to comfort herself from the guilt that had started to build in her by believing I had already done her wrong.
