Plan A should be in effect for as long as you can handle it! This give the A time to "die" and gives your husband time to see that the changes you make are for real and forever. Maybe try to do family things together so he can see you having fun with the kids and enjoy being with you.
Who knows how his relationship is going with the OW. Maybe he isn't living there because she won't let him. Or, maybe he really isn't sure if he wants to take on the responsibility of another family. It is so hard to tell what they are thinking! My husband was so confused during his affair! But through it all, I was still his best friend and gritted my teeth and supported him. In the end, he is amazed that I was so strong and still even wanted him.
I guess I felt that there were 101 things that I was doing wrong as a wife and probably pushed him out our marriage. With that feeling, I had to do what ever I could to make things right because I truly love him with all my heart!! One thing I never did is make a change that I knew I couldn't do forever! Everything I have changed are things that I plan on doing for the rest of my life!
My thoughts are with you! Keep being strong and if you believe in God and the power of prayer it is a great way to receive peace!!
Le

2B,
Been there. WS first attempt at an email password after D-day was Freedom5 (signifying that we'd take 5 weeks of counseling, and then she could be free). Next try (after I confronted her with a message to OM), was "maiden name"D (I can only assume that the D stood for divorce), then she just removed the D, and now I don't know what.
Though we're NOWHERE near recovery, I'm at least beginning to see a tiniest bit of waffling.
I'd say keep up a vigilent Plan A, expect nothing, and see what happens. Do it for YOU. Get close to God and let him shoulder some of the burden.
You're in my prayers tonight.
