Hi all,<p>I shared these threads with a few this morning and see all the reference out there about plan A vs plan B and the LB part. There is a lot of fear out there about plan B. Think about it folks, do we allow others to walk all over us all the time? Do we do a type of plan A then instinctively move to a plan B type of mode with others when they are crossing our boundaries? Well we are still dealing with people here, just a bit closer to home and sometimes that 'fog' or our own fears cloud up our thinking. <p>Here is what helped me. It is the updated version of plan A and plan B.
