So after what seems like a really bad day / night yesterday, my WW finally got in to see her C this morning for the first time in 2 weeks. (That'll teach her for taking a week off!! )
So this evening, WW sends me an e-mail:
-----------------
I had a crappy session with (C) today. I was feeling cranky to begin with, as you are well aware. And I left feeling even more frustrated.
She really focussed in on how great you are, how remarkable you are to put up with me, how I couldn't find a better man etc. Which is true. But it made me feel like crap, because it just emphasized what a jerk I am, and made me feel super guilty and horrible. Plus she told me I would regret leaving etc. I just didn't want to deal with any of this today.
Anyway, I'm staying in (city where she works) tonight. I can't deal with anything right
now. I just want to focus on getting through my meeting tomorrow. I'm feeling totally over-whelmed.
I hope you are not too disapointed.
-----------------
Not sure what to make of this... I replied with a really brief "no problem" type of thing. She COULD see OM, but I hope she takes the opportunity to go to a hotel (alone) and think about things some more. When she's alone, she does tend to think more clearly on return.
Nice to see our C (I see her alone too) knows what IS best for my W!!

JR,
why don't you send her a big bunch of flowers with a huge smiley - tell her you're there for her if she needs to talk Or can you ICQ or SMS her and say you're thinking of her?
Good chance here to show your support - which I know you're taking advantage of
- Freddy
