In looking for an old post of mine I ran accross this post from last yr, it gives the link to another post that I think is great for the seasons. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/forum/Forum1/HTML/009881.html<p>No matter how bad you hurt, no matter how bad you feel you can still make memories for yourself, your family, your kids<p>For those of you with kids do you want them to have bad memories of the holidays forever because one of their parents is an idiot & the other heartbroken.<p>I challenge everyone hear for the next 3 wks to have the best time that you can. <p> - do every fun silly thing you can think of doing<p>is there something your WS never wanted to do but you did, go do it<p>find someone who feels worst than you & cheer them up<p>remember your blessings<p>do something for those in the arm forces

Sing,<p>I don't have time right now to read the link, I did notice it was all the old timers, my heros (Sheba, Heartpain, Lostva, Sir Hurts Alot, etc.) .. I'll read when I have a break at work today, Honey. I can't wait!<p>I will take your challenge, Sing. I will make Ry's [step-son] holidays, if I'm allowed to, the best ever and I'll look for people that feel down and cheer them up. <p>You are wonderful for reminding us what this Holiday is all about. <p>And you know what, I can feel your aching in your post, cuz I know you're having a hard time too this Holiday. Family can mean many things, your children will always ALWAYS love you ... and that my dear is a Family ... the dearest kind of family I could ever hope for.<p>Thank you, Sing. My thoughts exactly....am trying so hard to do that. Wish I didn't have any contact with H and maybe I could pull it off. <p>Have a wonderful season. You will be in my thoughts.

It's very hard some times, but I am trying. My son deserves a wonderfull Christmas. Thanks for the reminder of who is really the most important.
