I know everyone's situation is different, but what is the average time for the A or M to end?

You got the average for A ... 6 months, M you could take a look at US vital stats. It is futile info, what triggers your curiosity ?.

How long your body & mind could take it. For A, it depends on WS & OM, how real is their "fantasy" and how much they are willing to tolerate when reality hits.

Harley states an A may take from 6 mos to 2 years before it dies it's natural death.
But, there are no hard and fast rules regarding an A.
You take care of you, find something you love to do and drench yourself in it. I'm sorry you're going thru this, you don't deserve it.
Love,
