Hi, 1st time here. Just got back together with H. Been sep for mo. Waiting for a counseling appoint but it is taking forever(insur glitch). Anyways feeling a little overwhelmed.

I too am in recovery, although farther ahead, timeframe-wise. It's hard. Damn hard actually!<p>That is wonderful that you and your H will be going to counselling. With the right counsellor, they can really help you discover what was behind the whole situation to begin with.<p>The hardest part of recovery, at first, is regaining and rebuilding the trust. There isn't much of any foundation of trust left, so you basically have to start from scratch. <p>Be assured that all of the changes won't happen overnight, and at times it will feel like it takes forever. But always commend yourself for choosing to work on your M. It certainly isn't the easy path to take.<p>Karen
