To the OPs of this world and those in the making:
Description of the BS: totally blind, foolish, dumb, old, abusive, crazy, selfish, deranged, money hungry, unloving, hateful, neglectful, deaf, fat, ugly, old spouse.
NOTE: These are not made up. Most of these vivd descriptions were taken from actual phone conversations and e-mails from the OP reminding the WS of their descriptions. There probably are more.....after all, that's just the descriptions of ME!
If the WS said all those things to you and you are GULLIBLE enough to believe it. Then GO FOR IT! I have given my WS the green light. Why? Because the OW (in this case) is the best thing that has ever happened to him. Right? Perfect fit? Soulmate? (H hates that word but OW used it).
Then I have some 'lava land' to sell you in Hawaii no less. Imagine that you can own a piece of the tropical islands. Can't live there or build anything for about 100 years and when you do it will still be a bit rough, but there is ocean, greenery, roaches, mosquitos, termites, geckos, ferns, wild boar and periodic fresh lava flows right within your reach. You may have to rebuild your home (get new stones) every couple of years and no vehicles are allowed since rubber does not survive well on raw lava rock so you will have that back to nature walk everytime you leave your home, about 10 + miles.
Remember, I the wife am so hideous you wonder why he even married her in the first place. And look they even have a child. Don't you feel sorry for that child who will be left with that hideous, abusive mother???? Why aren't you rescuing the child from that awful woman? Where is your compassion for the child. Leave the child with that beast of a wife/mother? What a horrible thought? What kind of man are you hooking up with anyway? I mean to run to your loving arms and leave his child in that horrible den, they call home sweet home......
Oh yes, he is a great catch. His wife is to be blamed for all the faults of the marriage and when he does admit to anything it is always with a 'but'..... then he leaves his children with his W and that is ok but remember she has been made to be the poster mom for the mommie dearest club.
Now you think you have all your facts straight?
Hm...... better check him out a bit more. His story just doesn't sound right.
L.
The hideous spouse
BTW: This WS is now home. Wondering why he even went out there and 'fooled around'. Oh yes, the OW keeps trying to call and 'remind him' that it is actually better for his family that he leave them and be with her.
The next installment is coming....there are at least 2 more in the making. Ahh.....the next will be the BS rendition of the description the WS gave of the OW.
Stay tuned!!!

Sometimes the OW is so nice that she wants to give her exMM a wonderful gift: finally, for the first time WANTED child, who cares for the two before, especially when there is a possibility to be a boy!!!!!!!!!!
I also know what I'd give her but that could end in front of some judge (probably man...) with "prison for life".
Instead of MY present ex gave her HIS: a baby and wonderfull skiing holidays (this I assume).
Dr Harley told me only 1% affairs ends in the new marriage. what if your case is in this percentage???

Orchid,
I guess that I am fortunate that OW has never tried to communicate with me.
Friend of WH's from HS said OW always reminded him of a sad little fat girl setting on the stoop waiting for attention instead of ridicule. WH was a nice guy back then and paid her a little attention and stayed friends over the years and when he was on his own for a year a she had problems she started e mailing him and hooked him with the poor pitiful me routine and he fell for it.
Let se what would I give OW for christmas? Not my Husband! Perhaps in the spirit of christmas a man of her own for her to love so she wil leave mine alone!
