OK, IN paln B in case you don't know WS has receintly lied to me re: OM and is now back together w/ him. She Fired Attorney and withdrew D filing. She works tomorrow and I'm supposed to pick the kids up on the 26th.<p>Here's what I'm considering; Because of the lies, you know whats good for the goose. W/out telling her, taking the kids tomorrow to a friends across the state and returning on the 26th. <p>What can she do????

Nope, I wouldn't do it. Like STL said, Major LB.<p>Plan B is no contact, which includes NO LBs. If, per chance, there was to be any contact, you're suppose to revert to a Plan A attitude toward your spouse for that short encounter.<p>God Bless,

What is in the best interests of your children? <p>Do what is good for them. It is not their fault that their mother is being a jerkette this year. <p>Be there for them and they will be there for you. If you have plans in another place, then let her know the chance she takes by not keeping her word. If you don't have those plans don't make a fire unless you need to. <p>While I don't really think LBs count so much in plan B as it does in A, use common sense here. If it is ok to do that to you and your children then fine. But if not......use the golden rule and you will always come out the winner in the eyes of those who care for you. <p>Take Care,

OK, I know its a major LB, I just want to piss her off. She actually, "Steve H did'nt say I couldn't continue seeing him" so I figure Steve H. didn't tell me I couldn't take the kids on christmas this year.
The kids won't know the difference. to young.

"We can always get a divorce."<p>Whats important is she stopped the processs and is very confused. I'm not sure I want her now after the recienct misrepresentations and the fact she has been with 2 men. Its like D-Day all over again.<p>She trully is sick and needs help, psyco-therapy, and has agreed to get it. Makes me feel better but also that she is not my problem, the kids are.<p>I think she will try and reconcile but go back to the most recient om or in the future will meet someon else becasue she lacks character. Not all M worth saving and you are the only person who could decide that. Hang in there in plan B, I don't know what my feeling is going to be when I have to do it. However you get the MB coaching, at least you will get a professional opinion about it. There is advantage that your kids are so young that they might not remember at all. They need their mom too. Vent in here.
