Has anyone ever done the counseling with the Harley's? Did you think it was worth it? For the fee do you speak once, how long etc.? Do they really know you and your difficulties in just an hour phone conversation or do they give standard Plan A, Plan B advice? The reason I ask is that I am comfortable with my situation. I am in Plan A after 9 months of Plan B and 3 months of counseling together. I'm ambivelent when people tell me that my husband just wants to play "house" and then go back to his apartment. I don't feel that. I feel that we are SLOWLY coming along together. But sometimes I wonder what the Harleys would counsel.. Any opinions?

Hi Quakermom
I had 2 one hour sessions with Steve H after my H's A just began. They were 120.00 each 1 hour session.
I found them to be very helpful in giving me hope at such a desperate time.I haven't been able to afford to continue, especially as i'm in Canada and this amounts to a whole lot more in our Canadian dollar.
I found he basically stuck to the plan A or B info. but did expand to other thought provoking areas.
I think your own intuition seems to be doing well for you and it seems to me that a good plan A is the best as his A is over and we are supposed to plan A throughout our M all the time anyway.
If you have specific questions, I'm sure Harleys would be helpful.

Qmom,
I highly recommend telecounseling, Using MB w/out the HArleys is like reading a book on GOLf then going out and trying to play, impossible.
I used it last spring and summer while in PLan A, Plan B in the Fall, WS and I had our first Joint session on the 27th, She just left my house (3hrs), said she needed help with LB questionnairs. It only time now, Still seeing OM but she admits its on borrowed time, says she gets this stuff intellectually but not emotionally. THIS STUFF WORKS.
