Anyone out there been through this whole SA thing? I used to think that I just had a really healthy sex drive, and maybe I was a little on the kinky side. Now I'm starting to realize I'm no where near "normal". I'm seeing an IC, but I'm in the very beginning, and I'm desperately searching for answers.

I just learned that I have a family history of SA. Lucky me!! I'm the first to address it, and seek help for it.

I guess I'm really looking for another male perspective that may have gone through this, someone that will tell me that I'm not crazy, just a little nuts. And, I'm looking for any females who may have lived with a SA. What did it do to you? What was it like?

I haven't been involved with this issue personally but I DO know that there are support groups out there for people that suffer from this. Try looking on hte web for SA in your area. The meetings are similar to AA and CODA. People do not judge you, but they share stories and support each other in their quest for healing.

You're headed in the right direction.

Thanks again Kily....
My IC wants to hold off until they can get to the root of my problem. That way they can make sure I get teh right kind of treatment, and not jump arount. I'm just a little impatient (goes with my Obsessive/Compulsive thing too).
