My WW is a contractor and her job is finished tomorrow. I have been having her email forwarded to her work address lately. Sveral days ago I sent her an email reminding her that I thought her job was done soon and asking what I should do about her email, i.e. a new address I can have her stuff forwarded on to.
Today I got a response that said: --------- BS -
The e-mail situation has been taken care of. As of tomorrow (Jan 15th) I will no longer have any e-mail boxes at ?.net
-WW ---------
I am wondering if I should respond and if so how should I do it. This is the first response I have gotten from her in more than three weeks. I have tried several times to contact her regarding non-relationship matters and she ignores them and does not respond.
Should I respond or should I just lay low?
Thanks STTSI

Hi, A quick response..... you are in plan B? If so, then it is her problem not yours. I know this sounds harsh but that is probably the best route to go, at least IMHO.

Orchid-
Thanks for your response, yes I am in plan B. Before Christmas we got into a big argument and she said she wanted a Dv. I told her fine I would file the next day, but thought later that I was not going to be the one to end things yet so I sent her a plan b letter.
The last time I spoke to her was after sending her a plan B letter I asked if she got it she said yes, I asked what her thoughts are she said she would file as soon as she had time. That was the last word I have had from her. I know in plan B I should not approach her about anything, but she never really accepted it as a plan to give us time to think things through so I thought maybe I got get some small line of communication going again. She apparently does not want that.
I want to seem like a nice supporting H to her and I think that a quick response to let her know I care might be helpful. But I know it will just open up my heart again to be ripped out my chest again. When I saw that email come in my heart started racing that maybe it was a sign of recovery, apparently not. I am sick of getting my heart stomped on by her but I still love her.
So confused, STTSI

Still looking for input, should I respond or should I just let it go and let her take time.

I vote for letting it go. She may be expecting you to respond if that has been the pattern in the past. So if you don't, then she may be thrown off balance.
You know what's best. Hang in there. No LBing.

Thanks for your help! I think I will just let it go and wait for her to contact me again.

I agree - Plan B is PLAN B.
You set your boundaries, now stick to it!
