Has anyone ever read Care Of The Soul, by Thomas Moore:

A guide for cultivating depth and sacredness in everyday life.

It is a really good read if anyone feels like curling up and taking a view.

I have read it a couple of times and just started reading it again.

Just thought I would share. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I've read some other books by him - I think one was Love and awakening. Very healing and nuturing writer.

I will look for this.

Melody Beatty has done some simialr soul work type books if you are into that kind of stuff. Again very inspiring and thought provoking.

Kily,
I like Moore because he is a psychotherapist and he uses psychology, and religion...with mixes of Jung theories about the different states of consciousness. I like that type of approach as it can be understood on many levels for working through with pain and healing.
