I'm sure you've seen this before, maybe not:

Women's Point System for Men

If you are male and reading this, please know that this is advice with the best of intentions. If you are female, please pass this on to the man (men?) in your life.

The Point System FOR MEN:

For thousands of years, men have tried to understand the rules when dealing with women. Finally, this
merit/demerit guide will help you to understand just
how it works.

Remember, in the world of romance, one single rule
applies: Make the woman happy. Do something she likes,
and you get points. Do something she dislikes and
points are subtracted. You don't get any points for
doing something she expects. Sorry, that's the way
the
game is played.

Here is a guide to the points:
system:

You make the bed, but forget to add the decorative

bar.....+1
Okay, it is a sports bar.....-2
And it's all-you-can-eat night.....-3
It's a sports bar, its all-you-can-eat night, and

LOL Luki, at least I got some good laughs out of this post you put.
As a wife who lived for most of our 30 yrs with a man who didnt' know the toilet paper roll was not self loading, I can truly appreciate now that he does notice!
Hey, he even keeps the bathroom well stocked with spare rolls now.
But you did awaken me to the fact we sometimes forget to tell H's what we appreciate.
But it's a two way street too.
Do you notice your wife washed the dishes? Or is this a 0 chore she did? How about having your clothes always laundered and ready to go?
Is this another one of those 0 credits?
Who makes sure you don't run out of toothpaste and shaving cream?
Is the soap bar in the shower not just a piece of sliver? Who replaced it?
Clean towels? how'd they get there?
Great dinners cooked every night? Oh, did they just pop in from some catering company?
There are so many things we all forget to notice and take for granted.
We expect these things from each other without remembering to thank the S for thoughtfulness.
Do we just look at it as what each is supposed to do?
BTW, my H has always put the toilet seat down(after 1 of my experiences) and I learned to really appreciate that after once sitting on the porcelain in the middle of night. LOL So did he!
After all, how many men love to be awakened to a piercing scream in middle of night. LOL
WE all need to notice and frequently thank our S's for efforts to help out. And little surprises no matter how small.
And no, I do have to sit through action movies all the time. LOL If I want to see a girl movie, we wind up renting it months later!
I've seen enough gore to last me a life time.
I've seen enough football that I could coach the NFL!
Recently, I've noticed he watches TV guide and will tell me there is a movie I will want to see. Or he will rent a movie I've mentioned and surprise me with it. And reminds me when one's coming on TV. Now that's new and appreciated.
These are all new and considerate after years of just acting like he was ignoring my preferences.
It's all about finally give and take.
We need to take time to be considerate just as we would of some date outside our marriage.
Why will people allow their date to choose the entertainment, but just ignore a S?
Because they want to appear something they are not. And that is why some A's finally come to a screeching halt when they do get to know the real person!
After enough time, the giver returns to being a taker when they feel comfortable. And most A's involve two takers! LOL
Ok, nough said, I enjoyed your little pokes at LB'ing.

Husband Obedience Graduate School or H.O.G.S.

Is that what you were thinking? If you can't make fun of yourself then what's the point.

DB, LOL Good idea! Maybe I can get H to work in it too. LOL
Hey, it took me years of giving. Then after all the crap, I decided to be a taker for a lot of the time.
I always wondered why men will let OW treat them like dirt and they love it.
Duh! Took me a few years to wake up to it. At least if I wasn't going to get the same treatment OW was, I may as well act like her in so many instances. Just kidding.
But wouldn't it be nice to just lay around waiting on the guy to take you out to a nice dinner and lunches? Shack you up in luxury hotels and wine and dine you?
No laundry to do, no dishes, nothing but playing the queen!
Yup, we need this Husband Obedience school. I like Luki's idea. H.O.G.S. LOL
You know, Dr.Phil is right. We teach people how to treat us!
When he was leaving for his last trip and I suspected because he wouldn't take me with him, I left home a week earlier. He had to prepare his own clothes, do his own cooking and take care of himself the week before. I was be damned if I'd do as I'd done in past and pamper his A-- by getting him all spiffed up for somebody else. I didnt' care if he had to take his dirty laundry with him to do! Of course, she was too good to ask to do it. She was getting the grand luxuious treatment for a week!
Another thing I've told my FWH. I will never again look to save money by booking in budget motels or hotels. When I go, I get the royal treatment because what I have to offer him is worth it!
When I go on a Cruise, it's outside view staterooms! no more saving money for me.
And I get it! From the post I read here, not too many demanding much from WS. But I say this, if they can spend it on a slut or bum, they can spend it on their spouses!
I did not wait for fog to lift. I blew it right out the window!
Because I don't have time to waste on allowing him that privilege. So gals, guys, maybe you ought to try blowing them out of the water, and fog.
I understand that marriages need to be saved. Some do. Some should never have been to begin with.
But how some here suffer by allowing the A's to continue until they burn out or? I don't have the patience, and I know my H has too much intelligence to not know the risk. If he was going to want me and stay married, he had to decide immediately. Not six months later.
Truthfully, I didn't want a divorce. But I was ok with either way at the time. At least I would not be suspending my life and waiting on some jerk and slut to run their fantasy/reality trip until they had worn it out.
So I told him divorce or end it now! No more seeing her to do it either. It had to be done by email or phone. And was by both actually.
The last year has seen vast improvements.
While I had always done everything and especially if asked for something, I started saying later, When I feel like it. I'm taking a nap as I'm tired.LOL
Instead of just doing things I'd always done automatically, I started asking him to throw laundry in, clear dishes, load dishwasher please?
Oh, could you fold the towels dear?
The vacuum needs running and my back hurts. I just can't do that anymore. I don't consider it love busting either. I consider it taking care of me for a change.
I still do things, and nice surprises, but I'm not the door mat anymore. I'm the queen here and I'll stay in my royal robes, thank you!
Whatever we do in trips, I will also see that I have better than they did. that really ticked me because I was trying to cut utility bills while he was stashing the money to treat her to best there was. Sheesh. Turn that heat up and this summer, turn that A/C down. I want it cold for these 110 degree summers.
You know what? Get mad and get even. Don't just sit and keep pampering their butts while they drift along.
Who's going to change when they can see how great the little S treats them and they have the OW too! We kiss their butts, they kiss OPs butt.
Not too swift.
Ok, Back to school for husbands. LOL
Shall we do a ltd partnership here? And share the wealth because we all have the experience now.
LOL
Love you all as friends, God bless, LouLou
