What do you think of me, the BS, planning a romantic Valentine's day? I have always left it up to my H with less than stellar results. Although the reason for that in the last to years is really self explanitory. So I've decided to take the bull by the horns and made dinner reservations and I'm getting some aroma therapy candles for the bedroom and even some chocolates.
Things have been pretty good lately and I would like to make it a special evening. If nothing else I won't have to cook,my room will smell nice and I can drown my sorrows with chocolate.
So any thoughts, too needy? too corny? Be honest.
Thanks, Used <img border="0" title="" alt="[Smile]" src="images/icons/smile.gif" />

I think your idea sounds great!
Where are the kids going to be? I noticed that you have twin daughters, I have twin sons who are 19!
Dinner out sounds great, and of course the candles and chocolate will be the perfect ending to the evening. (especially the chocolate!)
My H will be out of town, I guess I'll just snuggle up with the dogs! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" />
Let us know how it goes, Ladysing

I will just take a hot bath, and be by myself. Or with the pets. Hey not too bad. At least we are with someone. And these pets have unconditional love.

Ladysing,
It's to bad your H has to be out of town, maybe you can do a belated celebration. But I sometimes think my pets are the best company in the house.
The kids will probably be around but their rooms are upstairs on the other side of the house and anyway, their at an age where the less they see us the better they like it. Do they get easier as they get older? I hope so.
Faith,
I'm doing that this weekend while H is gone. Very relaxing and thereputic(we need spell check on this site).
Have a nice weekend, Used
