I've got an appointment with SH next week (how dare he go on vacation!). I'm very confused on what to do next. My WW knows nothing about MB principles. I've never talked to her about them. Since I'm in plan B should I communicate any of these ideas to her? It seems if she knew about some of these things it might help her in her decision making but I don't even know where to start. Early on in this she filled out an EN questionarre for me but that's it. I'm lost at the moment and don't want to screw things up over the next week before my appointment.

I had another question about Valentine's day. Do you acknowledge something like this (get her a gift, card, whatever) or just make sure the kids have something for her and that's it?

Starman, no sadly you should not acknowledge it <img border="0" title="" alt="[Frown]" src="images/icons/frown.gif" /> I know it's hard but you are after your own well being now. Don't worry we all struggle with it too.
