Hey everybody. I had a very angry day today for some reason. The selfishness of WS, especially when there are children involved absolutely floors me if I let myself think about it for too long. Today I did. How can someone tell you that they love you more than they could ever love anyone else, say they cry themselves to sleep at night because they miss there children, and continue to run of to OP house every night? Even if I allowed myself to fall in love with someone else, if I still loved my wife too and we have kids together it's a no-brainer that I go and try as hard as I can to work it out with her. Sometimes I think maybe I'm the crazy one as much as I see these things happening anymore. Thank you for allowing me to vent.

Starman remember that Harley has stated that WS exhibit many characteristics of drug addicts or alcoholics. Don't you think that drug addicts or alcoholics have not said ILY to their loved ones and still continued with their addiction? Of course they have, and so is the case with many WS that are addicted to the OP.

Starman,
I agree wholeheartedly with what Coffeeman is saying. An affair is like an addiction.

I'm sure she does cry, as if she's a caring person deep down she KNOWS she is really messed up right now.

I remember well the feelings I had, during the A-of being drawn to OM and the A in a very strange way. It was a horrible, distructive R as the cost was my marriage. On the other hand, the forbidden aspect made the R completely intense.

Deep down I did love my husband, but yet I carried on with OM.

I've said this before here on MB- but I distinctly remember driving to meet OM and thinking, "_ _ _ _, you are like a moth- attracted to a light, ruining your life-== what are you doing?" Yet I didn't turn around and go home, until it was far too late.

It sounds like you know you can forgive her someday, right? This affair will burn out in time, most likely.

You're not crazy at all, you love this woman!

Sorry for your pain,
H_P
