Why do the best romance movies end in death? Think about it. Movies that make you feel like you want to have that kind of love, it seems so ethereal, so timeless. Movies like Somewhere in Time, Message in a Bottle, Romeo and Juliet, Out of Africa. They share this great encompassing love and then at least one of them croaks. I just thought I'd share that thought. Chuckle...In reality I guess it is not the kind of love that you really want!!!!

Uh, isn't death the end of each of our stories? Romance or no romance? We all die. Movies have the option of making it look pretty.

Did anyone see the movie Men vs. Women? I rented it and watched it twice. It was kind of a dumb movie but there were some things in it that I found interesting. Having to do with how folks rationalize infidelity or activity as close as you can get without actually doing the dirty deed.
