Please do not let your family keep you away from the FORUM. This FORUM is a lifesaver. Maybe think about changing your screen name. I think that would throw them off. They couldn't be sure it was you.

Using a PLAN B(?) with my family has worked for me. I have gained their respect immensely. Do not let them control you. My mother has been in a begging mode with me lately, just like my WS. Asking me to begin asking her for help again. I have refused to contact her if she continues to not try to understand my point of view and insist that I look at things her way. These changes in me have been part of MY PLAN, recommended by Steve Harley when I began PLAN A. Focusing on yourself, regardless of who you are interacting with, is the key.
