I'm doing the same as you, however I am the betrayed, and H was the betrayer. All I know is that I would like my H back, and for him to have had the affair I must have let him down in some way, or ways. I don't forgive him yet, but I can understand why he went elsewhere. I am trying so hard to deposit into his love bank, by being and doing what I should have been and doing over the last 2 years (I guess I put the children completely first, to the exclusion of him.)
I'm trying to hang in there, as you are. I keep telling myself that although he may not be vocalising what he is feeling towards me, he is getting all my kisses and hugs, even if they are via email (he lives in Melb and I moved to Brisbane to get away from the situation as he didn't want to live with me while this was all blowing up) I'm trying very hard not to 'harass' him with 20 emails a day, but just quick little notes saying that I'm sending a hug his way, and that he is very much wanted, valued and precious to his family. I try to only communicate with once a day, in order to give him the space to sort himself out, but at the same time let him know that I am here to support him, and that we can get through this if we both want to.
I think your day is ending now, so have sweet dreams. I'm just about to take the girls to the park to get out of the house!
Take care and hang in there.
