So what does everyone think of Matrix Reloaded?

A bunch of us at work went to see it and we gave it mixed reviews. It had a few great scenes, but most of us felt it wasn't up to the standards of the first movie. To me it seemed a little bit too "more Hollywood" somehow. E.g. the rave scene could have been cut, more details could have been added about a lot of things, I never felt like the characters might get killed off (I did in the first), etc.

Best scene? I think it was when Smith was walking towards Neo and that murder of crows flies in front of him, straight towards and past the camera in slow motion... now that was cool.

The tie in with W? As I stand up to her, put her on the spot, etc. - it reminds me of Neo in the first movie, near the end, when Agent Smith was trying to attack him in "superspeed", and Neo was able to counter him so effortlessly, nearly in slow motion. Okay, now how's that for a geek reference?? <img border="0" title="" alt="[Eek!]" src="images/icons/shocked.gif" />

Melody Lane - I saw it Sat. Night and it is a guy movie. Had women and their boobs, and some sexual dancing, very sexual. A lot of science fiction type of sets, and bang bang shoot them. Not a great movie, for me, I sat through it, and was totally glad it was over.
