I haven't been posting much just reading, but how can the OW knowing that she is still with a married man and knowing that she was seeing him for the past year and she knows his parents knows all about her be able to go to my h's parent's house for a cookout and not care. Then to top it off it was our younger son's b-day on Friday and of course my H wouldn't come, so our son was at his parent's house on Sunday and the gf got him a cake made and my h and her took it to his parent's house to sing happy b-day to him and eat. Plus she doesn't work and my H is supporting her, he has not given a penny in over a month for the kids. On June 4th we have a hearing for child support. I know H isn't happy deep down inside and he said he misses us.

You missed H a lot more than WH. Don't guess and this H is not himself ... he is WH. Your H would have spent time with your kids and with you and not playing games.

I hate when I have days that are filled with what ifs. I hate when my H doesn't call me or the kids. When he works he calls, when he isn't he doesn't call. Our oldest son is sick and wanted to talk to his father and we couldn't get in touch with him at all. That is how it always is, he spends all his time with his gf. When we were together we didn't go everywhere together like he does with her. I don't think our son is really sick I just think every now and then he gets really depressed about everything, because last night I asked him if he missed and wanted to talk to his father and he said yes he misses him. And that is the 1st he admitted it to me.

And is it right when my husband wants to see the kids, which is rarely that his gf should go when we aren't even divorced yet? It's been going on for a year between them and he moved in with her in December and was home for 2 weeks and another time for a month.

Do you know my husband's gf had to leave a message on my phone to tell me it was there 1 year anniversary. He started seeing her a few days after we got back from a cruise. Why did she have to rub that in my face?

because there's a good chance you might react to it...

which you won't because you need to sit back and let her LB her sorry self into the ground...

because you will now keep a copy of her call,
make a report with the police about damaging phone calls
change your phone number..You let your husband know in a calm rational matter of fact way that in the future she is never ever to call your house and leave a message that the children can hear...
give nre number to WH but let it be known that if she ever calls and leaves a message that can cause emotional harm and damage to your children that he will not get your new new number...and will only be able to reach his children through a third party/cell phone that you control...

You rise to her bait...you play right into their hands....

don't do it....

No it's not. They should not have even met until 6mos after Dv final according to SH. In my state (TN) it's even illegal for kid to even see them together until Dv final. Then they can't sleep in same room if kid is in the house until they are married. Check out laws where you live.
