My 18yr old was in a serious car accident today. He lost control of the car and rolled and hit a few trees. Was airlifted to the hospital and had surgery for a broken leg. his other knee is also broken and his jaw may be broken also. The police at the scene said if he hadn't been wearing his seat belt he could have been thrown thru the windshield. He is going to be ok, but a very stressful day, H. of course wouldn't stay the night with me, because OW may find out and kick him out. The coldness and selfishness never fails to astound me but i am getting numb to it. Tired of fighting about it. He's great in every other way, just won't stay with me. Orchid if you read this thanks in advance, I am going to bed now and try to forget at least for a night. Thanks to anyone who may read this.

Dear DbD, I just got on and saw your post about your son. My prayers are with you and your family during this time. It is hard for a parent to see a child suffer. DbD, you are one strong and loving woman. As for the OW kicking the WS out if he went to see his son/family....well that's just another reason why not to like the OW, doncha think?!?!?!?! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Wink]" src="images/icons/wink.gif" /> Hugz, L.

My prayers and thoughts are with you and your son. I have an 18 YO daughter, that was in an accident the night before thanksgiving. She's fine!!! Thank God they wear their seatbelts!!! I am sorry that your H is being such a [censored]!!! It is too bad he is allowing the OW to control his life in such a way, not much of a backbone!!! Hi, Just got back from hospital. Son is doing ok, looks worse today, has a very swollen face and jaw. He is going to have surgery on his jaw, it is broke in two places. Had lots of girls up visiting, oohing and aahing over him!!! What a way to get attention! So he is still in for a lot more pain, he will probably go to a rehab center next week for a few days before he is able to come home. We'll have to set something up on our main floor as we have an older home and it's a two story. Half bath only on main floor. But thank God he is alive and no internal injuries or head injury. I am so tired tho, just want to sleep forever. Thanks for everyone's concern and prayers, I haven't been around too much, it gets so depressing sometimes and I feel like my sit. is never going to change.

Update- Son is home now, doing ok, but still in a lot of pain, and crabby!! Wanted H to stay last night but of course wouldn't, can't bear to be away from her. And thinks I shouldn't want him to lie to her about staying here for son, even tho he is lying to her anyway about us and us being sexually involved. So it boils down to he just can't stand to be away from her. Hasn't called yet to see how son is doing either, course he has to get moved out of his apt for good now and has to be done by tomorrow. And get son's cd player out of the wrecked car. I need support from him, but he doesn't need it from me he gets it from her. I'm so tired, I can't go on like this anymore. Sick of trying to plan A, he's so indecisive and never will make a decision, and now that she's preg. I just can't handle it anymore.
