My W left today with our 6 yr old daughter. This was after serving her with papers from the judge prohibiting her from leaving the state this weekend, she ripped them up. This morning I called home after I got to work, and she was gone, she left! I called her cell, the funny thing is she sounded very sad like she wanted to come home, but she thought I only loved our daughter, I told her how much I love her and want her back, and she was so sincere, but she did not want to turn around.

I just spoke with her a few minutes ago, and she has turned around 180 degrees, unfortunately not in the car, now she says I'm a psycho and need to let her go, now she is now talking about changing her identity, and hiding from the law.

What the heck am I to do? What is she feeling? Thinking? Or Doing? All I can do is pray for her to use her heart. The 1st court hearing is in one week. The lady at the courthouse said the judge would notify the local authorities where she is moving.

How is locking up the woman I love going to help, the family all wants to be together but not her, but I know in her heart she does want the same…

Any advice on what to do, I would appreciate a woman’s point of view of why she is doing these things, and what I can do to help her?

She is breaking the law. Call your attorney for legal advice. Protect your child.

Call your attorney right now.

I agree with Pepper, contact your attorney not with the intention of legally screwing your W but to protect your child from her destructive behavior.
