Hi All,

I was a member of this board for a while last year while I went through my ex-wife's affair and the subsequent separations and, although I read much, much more than I posted, you people have no idea how much you helped me through the roughest period of my life. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for that!!!

Now onto the weird and wonderful twist my life has taken this year........

My ninth (yes, ninth) and final separation occurred on January 3rd of this year after almost two years of separations and attempted reconciliations and it was, suprisingly, the biggest relief I had felt in years that it was finally over. For some reason, I seemed ready and willing to move onward and upward with my life and I began dating within a month. Met some new people and had some fun and just generally enjoyed life. My ex-wife had a change of heart a couple months later but I was not in the least interested. She ended up moving in with her OM.

Coincidentally, my XW's brother and his W went through almost the same situation over the same time frame and they separated for the final time on Jan 1. He had a long-running affair with his babysitter and his wife finally had enough and threw him out. She and I have been friends for a very long time and two weeks ago she called me and asked me out for a drink. I said "Sure" and we went out and spent a couple hours talking and laughing and some major sparks occurred. Since then we can't seem to get enough of each other. It turns out we both admired each other for some time, but with each of us being married, neither of us acted upon it in any way. The two X's have some real issues with it, but they made their choices long ago.......

So, now I'm dating my ex-wife's brother's ex-wife........ Welcome to the Days of Our Lives!!!!

Anyway, the reason I'm posting this is to tell those who are in the midst of their most difficult time, that none of us knows what tomorrow will bring. Keep your chin up, reach for the stars and something very, very special may be a lot closer than you think.

God Bless,

B
