Can someone please help me know how to handel this incredible pain? My Husband of 33 years moved out 4 months ago. I think he has another woman, he said no but I think he is lying. Says he doesn't love me and never did. Let me clarify, He has lost 2 jobs in 3 yrs. Then an old flame got in touch with him, they had an internet fantasy affair, says it is over but I don't believe him. I think he is there now. I think he has gone out of town to the other woman again today. Says he is happy now. I don't know if I can stand this pain or the churning stomach much longer. Please how do I get through this.

HappyNoMore,
First off, welcome to MarriageBuilders. I am sorry you are here, but just know you are in the right place to receive the support you need. Your situation is not hopeless and you are not alone.

The first thing you should do is start reading everything you can on this website to educate yourself about MB principles and Plan A. Plan A is a program of attraction designed to demonstrate your good points to your wayward spouse and attract them away from the affair. Stop all angry demands, disrespectful judgements and annoying behaviors that push your spouse AWAY from you and into the arms of the OW.

Here is an excellent thread on Plan A. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic&f=30&t=000176 I would also suggest running to the bookstore and buying Surviving an Affair by Willard Harley. http://www.marriagebuilders.com/graphic/mbi6070_sa.html

This is not going to be an easy adventure, but please know you are in good company and this is not hopeless!

Hi and welcome to MB.

Howz about phone counseling with STeve or Jennifer? Good for both of you. You need it for sure.

Being pregnant has it's own issues so this added stress is not healthy. Lisa is another poster who is pregnant and is the BS. REad some of her sitch. You may find that yours is a few steps ahead of hers.

What is he doing to restore your trust?

L.
