Thank you so much for checking in..Honestly I have been hanging low and lurking a little....Our session went well and he went back this week for himself and back next week again... things are "cool" between us. I feel a certain distance which may be good but at times I feel very sad....I am just taking a little time to think about things as well I have been very busy and I am dealing with my aunt being very sick so I have not had a whole lot of computer time... Thank you again for checking on me. you have no idea how much it means that there is someone out there thinking of you....
Hope you are doing ok too LIT.../

ZM - glad to see you are still doing OK. Sometimes I wonder about the distance.....I have felt more of it with my H as well (even though we are in different roles). I often contemplate if it is a part of the "true" healing. That you both grow to a point where you know you would be OK without the other, but you choose to be with that person for the qualities they possess.
I don't know if that makes much sense. My thoughts have been all over the place lately. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />
But I was thinking of you, and just wanted to make sure you were holding in! I understand the guilt more and more each day, but also know that as a part of healing, we have to move through the guilt. Part of being a stronger person. And I hope that your H will be able to face his fears and move through this guilt. I hope the counseling will enable him to see that there is a light.
Keep in touch, and stay strong. Good thoughts for you and your H.

Your thoughts are so sweet..I think you are right when you say you realize you can live without them but don't want to because of the good they bring..i have truly realized over this past year and a half how much I love my H, and how much I would love to show him changes in me....I hope we get that chance...But there are some days where I lose hope and some days where I wonder why would I want him-who could all this back, and then most days where without question I want this marriage....
He is back to counselling Thurs., he hasn't shared anything with me about these sessions but I am holding on to hope that this counsellor will help him....You hang in there too... this will get better too...
