It is miserable and heartwrenching to find out the one you loved has betrayed your trust. When I first found out 4 months ago I was is shock and walked around like a zombie. When he continued to lie and keep in contact with OW, I started hating him, or rather the man he had become. Now I realize he is in the fog and have detached emotionally. I have moved on with my life and don't think about him too much. What is your story and how long has it been since things fell apart? Posting and reading here have really helped me. There is lots of support and caring here, and you will find people who are going through what you are experiencing. Hang in there.
