a book called "The Snare - Understanding Emotional and Sexual Entanglements
"...(Lois Mowday Rabey) it's very interesting... although it does have some obvious insights as to how affairs begin....

MY SIL gave it to me when I confided in her that I had been pouring my heart out to another man b/c I felt that he understood me....

I haven't but I'll have a look at it.

Have you read "Private Lies" by Frank Pittman?
It's pretty good.

FG,
My favorite on the risk of EA's is "Not Just Friends" by Shirly Glass.

Are you still confiding in OM?

Hopefully the reading you've done has warned you of the risks.

Not sure if you remember my story... but I was a WW and I decided to end it almost 4 wks ago with the OM. I have to say that I didn't think it would be that hard to get over someone. I cried at the drop of a hat. I missed him terribly, I couldn't eat and was taking sleeping pills to help me sleep. I lost about 8 lbs in one week.

Happy to report though, that I have gotten over the crying spells and moments of sadness. Now i am looking internal to myself and my marriage to try and figure out what made me want the OM in the first place.

I am still having problems with being there for my H emotionally. He's having a tough time dealing with this as well.

Thanks...

but please read the book "The Snare" it's very interesting...and pls share your thoughts...
