Hi folks,
A few years ago when my son was involved with his drugs I went often to Alanon meetings. They were a big help since they taught me to take care of myself. One of the things they taught was to detach from the disease of addiction so as to avoid the emotional ups and downs it caused.
A few weeks ago I remember reading somebody writing about detachment in regards to being a BS. I guess I am asking for a bit of advice, help and discussion of this concept and how we can put it to use.
Thanks.
