Can somebody guide me to where I can find information about setting boundaries. I've read so much in the past few weeks, my mind is numb to all the great information.
Specifically, we seem to be moving forward in repair, but I'm looking to put some guidelines in place in order to help deal with the inevitable setbacks.

Cloud and Townsend have a great book called Boundaries in marriage. They also have a more general one called Boundaries which also has a workbook with it.
Good luck.
