What does everyone think about "post nup" agreements once an A has occurred? On the one hand, it makes sense to the financially privleged person because they are protecting their financial assets, but on the other hand it seems that it makes genuine trust no longer possible because there's no significant risk in the marriage anymore (other than emotional risk of course).

From the relationship perspective (not legal one) how do these agreements function? Harm? Good? Peace? comfort? resentment? Is it wrong for the WS to feel resentment at signing such a thing?
