I'm in Plan A, and I'm starting to see little signs that my wife might be coming around. She has been happy, laughing, and initiation hugs which hasn't happened in a long time. <P>Here is an excerpt from an email from her today: I am TRYING to be happy from within myself (and with a little help from medication!)...I still have a lot of emotions going on...I feel like I'm coming back, for the most part...sometimes I have to think about it really hard,like I have to keep telling myself that this is where I'm supposed to be...but I'm not feeling as depressed ... I've already started to open up to the ideas of reading the things you are reading,trying to get an understanding,trying to BELIEVE in what is real vs.fantasy...I'm not totally there.....and at the same time I'm concerned about you...you've been more down than up lately....I know it’s a lot to deal with. I do feel better in my feelings that no matter what happens to us as a couple,we will always love each other and be friends. I don't know what I can do to make you feel happy right now. Let me know if there is<BR>anything I can do...or not do...<P>I am following Plan "A", and she has been in contact with him as recent as last Thursday. Oddly enough, I am having trouble keeping the thoughts of the affair under control...they are present ALL DAY LONG. Just when it looks like she may be turning my way, I'm down in the dumps...but I don't want to scare her away. This is tough..any thoughts from anyone are appreciated!<BR>

These are words I need to hear. My wife has noticed that I do "better" when I am using this board. I guess I regard myself as a person that can do anything by myself, but I have learned that I NEED help with this. Your response is greatly appreciated...
