the heater?! Let me tell you what I got to do this eve, after work. Came home to a furnace blowing cold air. It is a diesel oil furnace, usually fairly problem-free. Put on crummy clothes, shoes and gloves. I found the 2 wrenches in the tool box that fit the filter and the primer jet. I got to take apart the little filter canister, getting that nice stinky oil all over my hands, dripping down my arms, into the sleeves of the coat. Dump out all the waterery oil, clean that little filter thing, put it all back topgether, then begin to prime the thing! In and out of the house a few times because I forgot that the thermostat had to be on to run and prime. And that little primer jet sprays lovely diesel all over if your coffee can is not just right! Somehow have water in the diesel tank which is underground. I sure hope we are not leaking and comtaminating anything out there! <BR>But we now have heat...up to 60 degrees.<BR>Just in case you wondered...h has been gone 1 1/2 days. The truck transmission went out yesterday, the heater today! Typical.<BR>Please take me to TX.<BR>Cheers.
