My husband and I had been dating for 6 years when we got married last December. We had intimacy for those six years. After we got married, we had sex three times in 2 months, and haven't had it since, no matter what I try. It has been nine months now. I try to talk to him about it and he says he just doesn't know and acts like everything is fine. I know he is not cheating, for a fact. I have caught him in the act of pleasuring himself, so I know it works. I am at a complete loss. We can't afford counciling, so that is out.

Unless you are willing to live the rest of your life like this, you will have to get to the bottom of this. I am sure there is something going on. As to what, it's anybody's guess! <img border="0" title="" alt="[Confused]" src="images/icons/confused.gif" />

For you to say you know for a fact your man isn't cheating is nonsense. No one can be that sure but the Man Above. Even if you don't suspect that, realize that SOMETHING IS WRONG. Married couples don't stop having sex for no reason. Maybe he's stressed at work, maybe it's more. Maybe he's feeling insecure about his body, maybe YOU are. I hope you've addressed those types of topics, and please..keep the lines of communication open. If he continues to be distant for no reason, stop coming onto him, no matter how much you may want it. (That's just my anger talking). Get as much help as you can. Go to one counseling session a month if you can.
