My husband has been so frustated lately because he feels like he is not very "good" at the physical part of marriage. Sometimes it is enjoyable, but mostly I feel like he just needs a "release". I love being married (since 01-02-04), and I want him to feel like he is meeting my needs as well as his. What do we do?

Hi Bailey,
Welcome to MB. One thing you can do to see how well you are meeting each other's emotional needs is to take the Emotional Need questionnaire found on this web site. There are some other questionnaires that would be great for you two to use at this stage of your relationship, although for some of them you might need to think in terms of expectations if you haven't experienced some of the questions, yet. If you go to the Emotional Needs forum, there is a welcome thread that will give you information on the best way to use those questionnaires.
I think that would be a better forum for you to post in--a lot more traffic.

When you post over there, include more information (ages, how long together, did you wait for marriage for sex, etc.). I'm guessing you are posting about lack of confidence/experience sexually. This anonymous forum is fantastic for these kinds of questions and other posters tend to be really open and honest, so you should be able to get some great feedback. The more information you provide, the more specific and helpful responses you will probably receive.

Take care,
Smile
