Liz, that's so wonderful!<P>I understand how you felt about conditions. The Lord works in wonderful and mysterious ways, and it's so hard to understand. <P>I have forgiven as well, and hope that all of us can have the reconciliation that the Lord apparently desires for us. Oh, it's so great!

Liz - your story is so wonderful! Filled me with hope, and tears in my eyes. I agree with you about forgiveness. My H has said he was sorry for what he did and sorry he hurt me. He has not asked me to forgive him, nor does he show any remorse. He's always been a cold-hearted person. I hope I get to the place of forgiveness you are at soon.

"Forgiveness is a gift you give yourself"<P>That's what I believe. It is something we do for ourselves so we don't stew on it forever. When we forgive someone, we are letting go of the anger & bitterness we hold towards that person for screwing us over in some way.
