That was absolutely beautiful. So much feeling, it literally took me back a couple of months in my life.<P>You seem to have a knack for this writing, have you ever thought of writing music?? I enjoy writing and wrote some pretty good songs when I was at my low points.

LostHusband:<P>I have never thought of writing music? I do however sing. Had 7 years of voice in school. So I can read music, Hmmmmmm It is a thought, isn't it? <P>I wrote poems all my life until I met my H. Odd huh? Then just stopped. I started again when I found out about the OW. Sometimes I sit outside and just write for hours.<P>I am glad you liked it. I did read the poem you posted for Nina Too. It brought me to tears. That is odd. I used to write my buttock off and then marriage ended that. When I was informed of our upcoming divorce I started writing country songs and some poetry. It really helped me cope. Well the other day I was cleaning out my desk and I came across my notebook and read some of the songs I wrote. One of them just really got my attention. So I've contacted a music recording company in Nashville and they are sending me copyright info. It's really kind of fun now, though it was misery at the time.<P>I wrote a couple of poems over here a while back (THE ATTACK & Can Billy Come Out and Play). yes, that makes sense, I understand, writing down is like some sort of release. Kinda like when some people write a nasty letter to someone because they are upset with them but never mail it, just the act of writing it and getting your emotions on paper is enough.<P>I really like your poem, please share more of your work with us.<P>

Hi EWS,<P>I read this lovely, touching poem, so apt for me today, and I had the same thoughts Bill had...it would go really well with music. I used to write songs too..exactly like you, when I met my h it stopped. <P>Sometimes painful experiences bring those talents out in us.
