Yea I sent her that poem with three dozen roses. She still doesn't want anything to do with me! I have read alot about what kind of person I am and what I did that hurt her. I have gone to counseling and will continue to do so for my own good. Was with her for eighteen years and it kind of became a habit! She let it go on so long that now she resents me so so much. All I guess I can do is let her know that I know what I did was wrong and I'm willing to change it. I love her so much I can't belive I treated her that way!

Just keep working on yourself, be the best person you can be and love her with all you have. I am in her shoes and I can tell you it takes soooooo long to heal. There is a lot of fear that you will go back and hurt her again. Be consistant. It is a lot to say you are sorry and that you love her, it is more to prove it and be consistnat.<P>My thoughts and prayers are with you both!!<P>Michelle
