Here are a couple of poems that my WS had written about me. Seems that the date of the second one doesn't quite jive with her revision of recent events. She says that she's been "DONE" for a year.
Date unknown:
Kevin
good cook, great baker gentle hands; gentle heart amazingly smart patient - most of the time loyal to those who deserve it helpful to those who need it inquisitive closet policeman & teacher stubborn snuggler cat lover baby magnet encourager good friend handy
Nice and true, I have been all those things, though not for some time. Here's the second one, written shortly after my father died.
3/24/01
Missing your Dad
As you held me I couldn't tell if they were your tears or mine and though I'm sad that you're sad, I love that our sadness, love, and even tears are as one. That is how we go on.
I can't even read it without sobbing.

I found another poem on the computer while searching for another document:
All indications are that it was written 9/30/01 (1 month after beginning of PA, 1 week prior to D-day)
Kevin
My love tucks me in gets my medicine teaches me golf balances the checkbook comforts the cats lets me goof off buys me pearls makes me laugh dries my tears loves me. That's my love.
