Metamorphosis
Once I was like a caterpillar, feasting upon the flowers of your garden. Devouring the beauty of life with no apparent regard for your needs and desires. But I finally realized that this was not the way to treat those who cared for me. Like a caterpillar, my cocoon was spun by the necessities of change. As transformations occurred in both mind and body, I emerged with a different vision of my place in life. No longer was the instinct to feed off the blooms of love my driving force. Rather the desire to enjoy that beauty and be involved in its wonder was found to be the import. I discovered that no longer did I wish to consume the blossoms to sate my needs. But rather to gently float from stem to stem feeding from the nectar they provide. Taking the life from one splendid moment to another, helping more flowers to grow.<p>(Read with no comment)
