I had this crazy, crazy feeling once
My heart jumped and my head spun like a top
People saw me smile and grin
Love and admiration beamed from my eyes
But now I'm not in love
The daisy had done it's trick
And as the last petal fell to the ground
Winter set in and froze my heart
I swopped my heart for steak and booze
And now I'm not in love
I sometimes reach into this block of frozen emotion
And ponder on what might have been
I still see your eyes, your mouth
And your amazing mind

Great poem!! It expresses how I feel as well. It is a sad feeling to fall out of love with your mate and not know what to do about it.
